Connect Claude to GoodMetrics

Add GoodMetrics as a custom connector in Claude and ask questions about your analytics.

Connect Claude to GoodMetrics so you can ask questions about your analytics in plain language. This guide is for the browser version of Claude — there’s nothing to install.

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.

  2. Choose +, then Add custom connector.

  3. Enter GoodMetrics as the connector name.

  4. Enter this remote MCP server URL:

    https://data.goodmetrics.io/mcp
  5. Leave the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret fields empty.

  6. Choose Add, then Connect.

  7. Sign in to GoodMetrics, review the read-only access request, and choose Allow Access.

An Owner or Primary Owner adds the connector once for the whole organization:

  1. Open Organization settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add, hover over Custom, and select Web.
  3. Enter GoodMetrics and https://data.goodmetrics.io/mcp.
  4. Leave the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret fields empty.
  5. Choose Add.

Members can then open Customize → Connectors, find the GoodMetrics connector marked Custom, choose Connect, and sign in to GoodMetrics.

  1. Start a new conversation.
  2. Open the + menu in the lower-left corner and choose Connectors.
  3. Turn on GoodMetrics for the conversation.

With GoodMetrics connected, ask Claude a real question — replace example.com with one of your domains:

Which referrers drove visitors to example.com who actually signed up — not just traffic?
Compare example.com last month to the month before and summarize what changed.
Of my US mobile visitors on example.com, which landing pages convert best?
