Learn how to add a credit card to your GoodMetrics account and how charges work after your trial period.
You can add a credit card to your account at any time during your trial. This ensures uninterrupted access once your trial ends.
How to add a credit card
Section titled “How to add a credit card”- Click the Account dropup in the sidebar and select Billing.
- Under Payment method, click Add card.
- Enter your credit card details and click Save.
Once saved, your card will be stored securely for future billing.
When charges begin
Section titled “When charges begin”At the end of your 30-day trial, GoodMetrics will automatically charge the card you’ve added based on your usage during the trial period.
For example, if your site records 75,000 pageviews during the trial, you’ll start on the 100,000 pageview plan.
If no payment information is added
Section titled “If no payment information is added”If you don’t add a credit card by the time your trial ends, GoodMetrics will pause data collection and stop ingesting new events.
You can reactivate tracking at any time by adding your payment information.
