How do ad blockers affect my data?

Most ad blockers are designed to block invasive tracking scripts from tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other ad networks.

Even though GoodMetrics is built to be privacy-friendly and doesn’t use cookies or personal data, some ad blockers have chosen to block our script as well. We don’t agree with that decision — but it’s ultimately outside our control.

In practice, you’ll still see more complete data than GA4. But since ad blockers can prevent our script from loading entirely, a small portion of traffic may go untracked.

In short: GoodMetrics respects user privacy, but some ad blockers can still impact reported totals.
