If you already have a GoodMetrics account, the best way to contact us is from within the app. That way, your message automatically includes your account details, so we can respond faster and with the right context.
To get in touch:
- Log in to your GoodMetrics account
- Click Contact Support (✉️) in the left sidebar (or visit app.goodmetrics.io/contact)
If you're not yet a customer or don’t have an account, you can email us at [email protected].
We typically respond within one business day.
